As a geriatric care manager Barbara Riley-Baker is a professional who specializes in assisting older persons and their families in meeting their long-term care needs. As a member of NAPGCM I have extensive training in gerontology, social work, nursing, and/or counseling. We also have vast knowledge about the costs, quality, and availability of services in our local communities.
